How it works

Your number. Your rules. Our agent on the line.

Setup takes about 48 hours. Most of that is you telling us your hours, your area, and your emergency rules.

Step 1

You keep your published number

Nothing changes for your customers. No-answer and after-hours calls forward to Openbay. The number is yours — if you ever leave, it stays with you.

Step 2

You set the rules

Hours, service ZIP codes, emergency rules, and which calendar we write to. You decide what counts as a no-cool or active leak that texts your cell immediately.

Step 3

Openbay qualifies and books

Four questions: issue, address, access, window. We write the slot to your calendar and text the homeowner a confirmation.

What the owner sets

You stay in control. Openbay follows the boundaries you draw — it does not freelance on prices, areas, or promises.

Hours & after-hours cutoff

When forwarding kicks in and when your front office takes back over.

Service ZIP codes

We won't book a job outside your area. Out-of-area calls get a polite decline.

Emergency rules

No-cool, active leak, gas smell — choose which issues text your cell right away.

Calendar destination

Google Calendar, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or GoHighLevel. One write-back target.

Weekly missed-call recovery report

Every week you get a clear list: every call we answered, what we qualified, what we booked, and what slipped away. No spin — just the numbers so you can see what's working.

Monthly ledger — you initial it

Once a month we send a ledger of booked estimates. You review it, cross-check your calendar, and initial the ones that actually seated. The bonus invoice is finalized only after you sign off. No phantom bookings. No per-minute charges.
